Lost & found items

We do not accept any liability for lost, forgotten, or misplaced items.

We are happy to store forgotten or lost items for 12 months. After this period, items will be either discarded or donated.

Upon request, we are happy to return items under the following conditions:

Handling and shipping fees:

• Flat rate including service fee within Austria: Euro 40
• Flat rate including service fee within the EU: Euro 60
• Flat rate including service fee internationally: Euro 80

Important information:

• For security reasons, payment cards will always be destroyed on-site.
• Please submit your request via our Lost & Found form: lostandfound.zillerseasons.at.
• Once a request has been submitted and the item has been found, the fee will be charged.
• Shipping is insured; however, we accept no liability for any issues occurring during shipment.
• For bulky luggage, entire suitcases, or large items, prices may vary.
