In our restaurant DieMarie at DasPosthotel, we proudly presented "A journey through the world of beer". An exquisite seven-course gala menu accompanied by a fine selection of matching beers. Each course was masterfully prepared by one of our talented chefs to tantalize the palate and take the taste buds on an exciting journey.

Our sommeliers and beer experts were always on hand to recommend the perfect beer with each course. This evening asked for arguably the best opportunity to discover the fascinating variety of beer styles and harmoniously blend their flavors with our culinary delights. From refreshing, hoppy beers to dark, malty ones, there was something for everyone.

As a special highlight, we created a special beer cocktail. Our experienced bartenders delved deeply into the art of mixology to present a unique creation that captured the flavors and nuances of beer in an unconventional way.
