Booking conditions

  • All Zillerseasons rooms are only reserved for the number of persons stipulated in the reservation confirmation! Subletting is expressly prohibited! Rooms, as well as all other facilities and amenities, are reserved for the exclusive use of our registered hotel guests.
  • Saunas & pool (open daily during posted hours), the fitness room isalso available to our guests free of charge! Please consult also all our Inclusive Services.
  • Breakfast is included in every room category.
  • Room types are booked according to the wishes of our guests. Nevertheless, we do reserve the right, under pressing circumstances, to provide a different room of equal quality/value.
  • The enjoyment and vacation quality for our guests is constantly at the forefront of all we do. We make every effort to give our guests an unforgettable setting in which to spend their vacations! Should you have any additional questions or concerns, we are always available to assist. We will do our very best to cater to all of your personal wishes!

Payment conditions

  • We politely request that you pay your bill during your stay, or transfer the full amount to our bank account prior to arrival. If you live within the EU, there is no charge for bank transfers. And of course, the amount of your deposit will be deducted from your final hotel bill. For payments from Switzerland, you can transfer to our Swiss bank account.
  • We gladly accept your credit card (Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, V-Pay)
  • Please transfer your deposit within 6 days to the account given. Your reservation becomes guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-In: between 3pm and 7pm
  • If you expect to arrive later, please notify us in advance
  • Check-Out: by 10am of departure day
  • Depending on availability, you are welcome to book an early check-in or late check-out in advance in order to be able to use your room/suite and the spa area from 11.00 am or until 4.00 pm respectively.
  • If you have booked a Spa Day in your package, please note that this cannot be redeemed on the day of arrival and departure.
  • We will be happy to store your luggage in the locked luggage room free of charge if you would like to use the day of departure for skiing or biking.

  • Reception: 24 hours open for you
  • Hotel pool opening times: in summer any time between 7:30am and 8:30 pm and in winter from  3pm till 7pm
  • Indoor sauna opening time: 11am till 8:30pm
  • Outdoor sauna opening time: 3pm till 8:30
  • Massages and beauty services are offered by appointment

General cancellation conditions

We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance, which also covers costs for Covid-19 related cancellations. Detailed information about the insurance coverage can be found here.

  • Cancellations are only valid in written form.

Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:

  • From reservation confirmation until 30 days before arrival date: free cancellation possible. The deposit paid will be fully refunded as a value voucher, no refund possible. The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed in all ZillerSeasons facilities.
  • 30 to 08 days before arrival date: 80 % cancellation fee of the total amount.
  • From 07 days before date of arrival or in case of early departure: Cancellation fee 100 % of the total amount
  • No refunds in case of early departure.
  • Explicitly stated non-refundable rates are not cancelable or changeable.
  • By completing the booking you accept the booking and cancellation conditions as stated.

For carefree vacation planning, Travel Safe cancellation policies apply in the event of a pandemic.

Cancellation conditions for Non Refundable and Last Minute Rates

  • The booking is non-cancellable and non-modifiable.
  • The total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee in any case - no refunds.
  • By completing the booking you accept the booking and cancellation conditions as stated.
  • For a carefree vacation planning, the Travel Safe cancellation conditions apply in the event of a pandemic.

Processing of personal data

DasPosthotel GmbH processes your personal data incl. data that fall under the special categories within the scope of providing accommodation, food, wellness treatments, activities, as well as other services during your stay. With justified interest, DasPosthotel GmbH uses your contact information (e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number) to individually inform you of current offers, to invite you to participate in prize drawings, to congratulate you on anniversaries, and to contact you.

The privacy statement is accessible in all areas of the hotel via the digital guest directory. Upon request, a printed version of the directory is available at the reception desk.
