What role do health and longevity play for you personally?
Health is of central importance to me. It enables us to maximize our life expectancy and influences our well-being in everyday life. There are many small things you can do in your daily life to stay healthy. Of course, you can also get the support of an expert to implement specific measures to improve your health.
Do you have any tips for a healthy lifestyle?
One crucial aspect is enjoying life. Waking up in the morning with a positive attitude can influence your whole day. With a positive mindset, it is easier to achieve goals and have the energy to face challenges. It is important to minimize negative influences and focus on positive things. This motivates you to exercise and eat healthily and promotes social contact.
What personal routines do you have to maintain your health?
In addition to a positive mindset, I try to integrate regular exercise into my everyday life. I don't set myself a fixed goal, but listen to my body - whether it's push-ups, Pilates or other exercises. It's about finding a balance and establishing small routines that have a big impact in the long term. A cold shower in the morning, for example, is a challenge, but it always does me good and energizes me. It's often the small habits that lead to greater well-being.
What are your impressions of MalisGarten?
